Every size below is transcribed from Valve's Graphical Assets — Standard page in the Steamworks documentation (read 2026-10-26), not guessed.

Notes from the same page: smaller capsules (120x45, 184x69) are generated automatically from the small capsule, so upload the largest required size and let the others downscale. Design guidance says key art and a legible logotype, no quotes or marketing text, and screenshots must show gameplay — not concept art, awards or product descriptions.
Screenshots: at least 5, 1920x1080 minimum, 16:9, and you can upload localized versions by dragging alternative images onto an existing screenshot's thumbnail — the same localizing logic as the languages page.
